posted Tuesday, November 03, 2009 7:20:08 PM Kimbo Price had some good shit on it, but it was a mixtape, so i wasn't expecting that much...i would hope he'd save his really good shit for the Mic Tyson lp. Alchemist produced the best song on this mixtape, and he's gonna be doing some more joints for the album. Sean P said it's a very hardcore album, so i don't think it'll disappoint.

posted Wednesday, November 04, 2009 12:14:39 AM I am of the thought that it's hard to be disappointed with a mixtape. Maybe it was being hyped up too much but a mixtape is for the most part tracks that we already heard, snippets, freestyles, and skits. I guess I wasn't expecting anything remarkable so how can I be disappointed. Believe me, his album will be dope...he's too good an artist...
The A&E album isn't a masterpiece. It's not a top ten album, however there are a couple of dope tracks on there and will get a couple of spins. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't memorable.
In my mind...I will agree with another poster...Eminem's Relapse was really bad in my opinion. Someone asked me to do a review of it and I agreed. I could barely get through listening to it. It was horrific from his past efforts. Changed his voice, cadence, the materials was stale, it killed me to hear him like that.
Luckily he dissed Mariah Carey and restored some fatih in his abilities. He needs animosity to shine.
