I'm waiting for the vinyl to drop and I've got a feeling this album is as good as the Big Ghost/Crimeapple collabo.

On first listen it’s dope, but for some reason Ankhlejohn and Big Ghost’s projects always have to grow on me. Ankh is definitely in my top 5 right now, and Ghost is just dope, but I always gotta give both of ‘em a couple listens before I really get it.

Exactly and that is what makes me laugh about Rolo, he sounds like a dummy with his hate for Fahim just based off that and sounds even more like a dummy when he disses people for living in the woods and not from the hood coz you can't be Hip Hop unless you lived in the hood right Rolo?😂;😂;😂;

Skimmed the bandcamp singles yesterday on my shitty work speakers and wasn't feeling the rapper.

Listened again today as soon as I woke up and this is dope. Feeling it!

I agree about not really liking Ankhlejohn's voice/cadence but it certainly works well with this production. This project is pretty dope. It has an immediate punch and I like it but I doubt it will have lasting value with me. I love the cover art.

some really ill, hard tracks in the first half. slows down a bit in the 2nd half but is dope. big ghost is crazy with the beats as usual. not as dope as the hus and crimeapple ones though.

I also can't get into his voice/cadence. It's too irritating for me to get into the album, which is too bad because Big Ghost killed it. Personally I don't think this is touching Ghost's album with Crimeapple. That's probably one of my top 3 albums of the year so far.

Which other projects has Big Ghost fully produced? Only ones I can think of right now are Griselda Ghost, the Hus one and the Crimeapple one.

Am I missing any???

^^^Nice one Lex, I didn't think there was any other full collabs but I wasn't 100% sure.

There's a few loose tracks that he's dropped, a beat on a different Ankhlejohn release (The Red Room I think), a joint he did with Conway & Guilty Simpson, and a couple of remixes here and there.

Yeah Ghost & Big Ghost could be dope as fuck with the right beats and a few Wu guest spots.

this guy's voice reminds me a lot of schoolboy q's, when q does the nasty nasal voice that ankle's doing. like, it's the exact same, lol. q knows how to diversify his-self, though, whereas this guy's all nasty nasal all the time. poor man's schoolboy q, imo.

these beats deserve better rapping.

Does Q have lyricism as conceptually ambitious as ANKH on this album tho? Every title is a Van Gogh painting and ANKH based his writing off them
