That Cube album is amazing. The PE album is overrated and I've always felt they were overrated as a group.

Heads sleeping on that Lakim. Dope ass album...

Yea ETW no way we could do three rounds. Figure 15 albums in the finals is doable so had to do Top 7.

you shouldn't have put People's Instinctive Travels and AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted in the same round...those are clearly the 2 best albums from 1990.

Cube
Tribe
Gangstarr
Paris
King tee
Richie rich

Lotta corny shit came out in 1990. Living like hustlers is ten tracks of perfection. Add the remix of untouchable and it's clearly the best release of 1990. Some of the tracks on that album were over 2 years old at the time of the albums official release although you would never be able to tell, they sound better than anything else produced that year...

at ollie- chill man. you dont have to like chuck or cube. i agree on cube to a point and he got played out after death certificate but AMW is so well put together. As far as Chuck, he's a great emcee. he's knows how to project that voice and sound strong on the mic, he's original and his unique rhyme style is unpredictable and fresh with how he deviates from the conventional rhyme pattern. similar to posdnous in how he wouldnt rhyme in a predictable way and thats creative and sounds dope when done right.

as far as anybody under rating P.E. and fear of a black planet -thats just laughable. they broke so much ground and that album blew people away when it dropped. a pivotal , game changing album full of next level production that was way a head of its time and of course chucks substance, voice and flavors antics balancing things out. one of the best rap albums ever.

(gangstarr)exactly this how i feel that´s a 1991 album i think if an album was released any time within a year(for example 1990 december 31st) that´s still a 1990 album and if it was released on january 1st of 1991 that´s 1991 album that´s simply how i see it

The early 90's aren't my forte which is why i entrusted you guys to sort this shit out with what year an album came out in the nominations thread.

Might as well just stick to whats already been voted on.
