I was just thinking: Wu and Wu affiliates put out some great amount of album this year...quantity before quality?

-Joe Young: Invincible Armour
-Killah Priest: The Untold Story Of Walter Reed Pt2 (mixtape)
-Masta Killa: Loyalty Is Royalty
-Raekwon: The Wild
-Prodigal Sunn: The Spark
-Wu-Tang Clan: The Saga Continues

Did I miss any?

Teraban- camouflage children- top 10 contender this year imo. serious album.

id rank:

Prodigal Sunn: The Spark
Teraban- camouflage children
Killah Priest: The Untold Story Of Walter Reed Pt2 "mixtape"
Masta Killa: Loyalty Is Royalty
Raekwon: The Wild
Joe Young: Invincible Armour
Wu-Tang Clan: The Saga Continues

are half these guys even "wu" anymore?

i don't think any of these guys are coordinating with each other, other than the main members. it's all a coincidence, outside of the main group, and shouldn't really count, imo.

exactly. nothing about this year seems to be different. they've been pretty quiet. even when releasing the wu-tang mathematics album, they hardly promoted it.

lol, that too. how can this be the year of wu, when a bunch of non-members just released some sub-par releases? and, on top of that, wu's two leaders, rza and ghost have both been pretty quiet in 2017.

i haven't heard it, but i'm not surprised. mathematics hasn't really been making hits in the last decade. why not let bronze nazareth produce a whole wu album, instead?

these arnt subpar:

Prodigal Sunn: The Spark
Teraban- camouflage children
Killah Priest: The Untold Story Of Walter Reed Pt2 "mixtape"

a wu album, rae, masta killa, killah priest albums and all are all basically wu. method man said Killarmy (Teraban/Dom) and Sunz of man (P-Sunn) wernt B level wu and that they were family. but sure theres only 9 core members. i agree though theres so many wu and affiliates that most years can be busy wu years.

The only one close to a core member is Priest, because he lost the spot in the group to Masta Killa.

Joe Young WHO?
Masta Killa LIR zzzz
Raekwon LOL
P Sun trash beats

Priest dropped 1 classic = Heavy Mental...I take that over OB4CL, because efff coke wrap. He dropped some intelligent stuff on there.

TSC better than all the other ones in the list, but still a weak effort.

Don't knwo enough about Joe young, but how can anyone question the wu affiliation of Killah priest?

He's on the new Wu album and tours with GFK?

Where does anyone get anything that prodigal Sun isn't with wu?

The Saga Continues - is a nice attempt at an album. its not trash by any means.

1995 was the Year of Wu. 1998 was the Year of Wu Fam.

Since then there hasn't been a year where the Wu was worthy of any 'year' award.

2017 is easily the year of Fahim. Hate him or love him, he's been the most talked about wrapper on the forums and has dropped 50 projects.

"1998 was the Year of Wu Fam."

Id agree, but Rza, method, gza, cappa all had albums in 98 too.

Id expand and say wu tang with fam for 98.

^Yea Cappa has always been OG to me but some heads group him in the Wu Fam category.

1998 Wu albums...

Killarmy - Dirty Weaponry
La The Darkman - Heist of the Century
Sunz of Man - Last Shall Be First
Cappadonna - The Pillage
Rza - Bobby Digital in Stereo
Method Man - Tical 2000
Killah Priest - Heavy Mental
RZA Presents Wu-Tang Killa Bees: The Swarm Volume 1

^Insane amount of quality material. Gza dropped Beneath The Surface in 1999.

Yea you're right on 1999(shame on me, im getting old)lol.

From when i heard Rza says that's our 10th member, for me he's wu fam. being on almost all wu albums too. 100 % for me, Cappa is wu tang clan.

Plus his solo album(pillage), look at that production. That's a Wu album

also another album
deadly venom's -Antidote , nice album too. Though i don't think an official release dropped for it.

Redman is 100% Def Squad. If they wanted to open the books for him as Wu affiliate though, I wouldn't object.

^Lulz that's the last time i check out Wiki for release dates. I should know better, especially since i copped that GP album when it dropped.

The Wu-Tang video game dropped in 1999 i believe as well. So did Wu Chronicles even though that was just a comp.

That year CRv is a great platform for it's time. very reliable. Will go forever if you treat here right.

pre computer car? You mean something with a carburetor? You don't want to do that.

Diesel cars have/always had computers.

HMM. if you're concern is having an automobile and or means of transportation that can not be impaired by an EMP, perhaps you should consider a bicycle or horse? Or relocating? Sarcasm but only a little bit.
