^few tracks near the end no yelling. great album. i like 15 of the 17 tracks. a couple tracks with 2 beats is nice, album is way better recorded and mixed then he(art)and makes his yelling more listenable and the beats sound better. production is nice- hard drums, smooth keys samples etc, dusty vibe. top 10 competitor for sure.

Can't wait to peep this. Hopefully it's on Spotify and hope i don't get sick during my listening experience of it. The track with Royce is DAFFY...

Still not the biggest fan of the yelling style of spitting but it's good in small doses.

what is it with rappers and not having the production credits readily available? that type of thing should be right there on the bandcamp page.

^yelling sounds better on this. i actually like all 17 tracks witch is rare. as far as his rapping hes not great lyrically at all. his intensity and having a couple styles (yelling and not yelling-haha) carries him and i also like his unorthodox/unpredictable rhyme schemes. i dont know if its on purpose but hes not rhyming predictably all the time which is cool.

Checked out first half earlier today. Surprisingly DAFFYier than i thought it'd be. I too don't mind the yelling as much over more crispier sounding beats. The yellow over static filled lo fi beats was a meh combination. The only complaint i have is that track with Royce. On PC speakers it sounded fine but in the system it sounded like fucking crickets chirping during some aspects of the beat. I legit had to turn it off cause it the chirping was making my ears bleed.

Track with Blu is so illy.

Seriously that shit was so off putting. I was driving like 80 on the Parkway so not like it could've been something else. I wasn't going 20 driving through a national park where it could've been some sort of bug/animal noise.

Yo no mask this in your Top 10?

^yeah man it is. i still have to work it into the top 10 some how. i like all 17 tracks which is a big deal to me. hard to do an album with 17 dope tracks. and some of those have 2 beats. some have other details. not too many guest emcees either and he made some of the beats too. its well mixed also and you can hear the difference and it worked well for him- its impressive as fuck imo.

lol calm down man

i wasn't complaining JUST because he's yelling, but HIS yelling in particular gets old after a while to me. no one said anything about every artist having to have the same tone or the same type of delivery, if anything i think the exact opposite of that. i listen to a ton of rappers with different types of voices, flows, deliveries, etc - but nolan's rapping doesn't always work for me personally. it's fine in small doses but it can get kind of grating when it's a full album. i don't know about anyone else that mentioned him yelling, but that's all i meant by my initial comment.

^ you wake up on the wrong side of the bed today?

Yelling for a whole album can get old. He should use his non yelling style more, its dope.

it's kinda like how people complain about danny opting to use that high pitched voice instead of his deeper, normal voice. i dig the high pitched delivery in small doses but a whole album of that would get old fast. i like it when switches it up and there's more of a balance between the two, and it's more dynamic.
