Very dope concept.

What I'd love to hear is a 4th Disciple produced - all beats and Priest.

Unless he produced all these breaks, which I doubt.

Ill check it out.

Thanks.

Holy fuck, this came outta nowhere...

I haven't been feeling 4th's production nearly as much of late as opposed to his late 90's shit. I hope this is more like that then the former.

Skimmed through and the beats suck dick. No clue why he's going to this 10000 bpm garbage. What made 4th more unique was his take on the dark, grimy sound. This shit is happy go lucky, fast paced trash.

You've proven on multiple occasions your taste is sub par so im sure heads will take what you say with a grain of salt.

I appreciate you labeling me an important person on here tho so please continue to think that.

These beats are garbage. They're so garbage i don't even give a shit what KP is saying lyrically.

My taste is basically unfuckwitable. I only post dope shit and shit on wack shit. You couldn't name one time i posted something sub par.

These are hip hop breaks that anybody should be able to recognize.

It's refreshing to hear beats like this during a time of absolute disregard for the craft.

Listen to this again when you're not full of alcohol and shitty food.

Nah you ain't getting it.

Killah Priest is taking it back to the parks in the Bronx.

This shit is a mixtape from back in the day. Never heard a rapper bring it back this far. Got a new respect for KP.

Then they should've released this in the summer. This is the opposite of late Fall/early Winter music. It's too light and happy for my taste. I want some dark brooding shit from these two.

All talk that followed my initial reply was stated in initial reply.

No mask then said it's all old breaks.

The dirst track is dope as fuck.

Again ya it was misleading.

Like role did 4th have in this? Is he the dj cutting or did he choose the breaks?

^its 4th on the cuts. technically its an album cause the essence of hip hop is cutting/extending those breaks but i could argue its a mixtape cause their all known, used breaks and to todays standards theres little production actually done.

i say its dope and they get props for taking it back but its a tease to have 4th not bring his raw beats and hes just cutting up mostly popular old breaks.

i wish i new all the rap song names that used those breaks but a lot of my old school tapes were dubbed mixes with no info given.

just cuz the artist didn't make the album you wanted to hear doesn't mean that the shit isnt' gold.

Clockwork you seem to suffer from that. if it doesnt hit you at exactly the right time during the exact season then it takes you a minute.

why are you like that?

Priest says around track 4, 4th on the tracks, cuts, and scratch.

Also on track 1 and 2 he's promoting new albums, so it's likely hype for upcoming album like he usually do.

So everyone is praising this album except Clock so I was expecting it to love it as everyone else is doing... But I'm not feeling it at all, retro like beats and Lo-fi... I'm not feeling it at all and I fucking hear that lo-fi and intentionally bad mixing trend.

I reckon I wouldn't mind those beats if it was properly mixed but like this..no way. I'm going now through the second listen and struggling to not skip the songs after 1 minute

I heard Priest over those types of 4th Disciple beats already man.

He's been doing shit like that for 20 years. Spitting over breakbeats like this is alot harder to do as an emcee. This shit is just positive energy and a great example of underground hip hop. Nobody is making shit like this right now. Best Wu release in years. Top 10 this year easy.

How come that weirdo that's always crying about commercial rap is not in here giving up props? Total fgt if you ask me.
