Happy Thanksgiving you fucking savages. Works been hectic as a motherfucker but thankfully I got the day off. gino, that Miles album is so dope, it's one of the first albums of his I really got into back when I was discovering Jazz. I think it was that, Kind of Blue, and Miles Smiles.

Also gino, you peep that Chasing Coltrane doc on netflix? That shit is dope, very interesting. Highly recommended

Without a doubt one of my top 10 albums ever. Absolutely flawless, front to back. Sade is a godess. There's a reason this record has been sampled so damn much.

One of those classic albums that I just never really sat down with and gave my full attention. That changed last week though. D has got to be one of my favorite producers ever, definitely one of the most underrated. Album is long as balls but really it all flows really well and doesn't feel overly long.

Classic album for sure. I kinda flip flow on how much I enjoy it though. There's some cuts here that rank among my favorites, others just kinda fill the album out. I can't deny its greatness though. Mos was a beast on this shit.

Must own if you're a Co-Flow fan. Some real gems on this. I've listened to "Linda Tripp" probably a dozen times this last week.

DAFFY as a motherfucker. This shit knocks so fucking hard. Beats are retarded. One of the kids on here said some shit like "Got a drop top and can't even hot box" lmao. That's some fly shit to say. Made me smile ear to ear. Love it.

Finally finishing up the last few chapters I had left in this after like a year. This and Vol. 1 are easily the best Hip Hop books ever written, without a shadow of a doubt. It's a love letter to Hip Hop. I hope this dude continues to make more and more of these.

gino, I went out to Half Priced Books today to do a little cd digging while my lady did the black friday thing. Someone out there must have gotten rid of their whole Hip Hop collection cause They literally had every Atmosphere album, all MF DOOMS album, All Alchemist shit. Bunch of dope DJ comps like the Babu joints, and a ton of other shit for crazy cheap.

I ended up picking up another copy of Pharoahe Monch's Internal Affairs for $4.
