i wouldn't buy this project even if i was a billionaire. maybe if you could actually stream it first, but why would i blindly spend 187 dollars on something when i don't even know if it's going to be good?

I'm definitely not wealthy. I don't have a car; I don't buy expensive clothing or jewelry, and my mom takes it easy on me as far as rent money (even tho I insist on paying more, she doesn't accept it). That's how I can afford to buy Mach projects

i could buy this album, but i just can't justify it even though i like mach. way more than fahim anyway. i could buy 15 other albums at least for this price that i would listen to just as much. also i just have too many other interests/hobbies. i know people love to compare the pricing of these albums to paintings or limited shoes but you can at least see those before you buy them. i'll take your word for it that it's good though, i'm sure i'll hear it eventually.

come on rolo, right away you responded to this thread by saying that anyone who doesn't buy this project is broke. god forbid someone criticizes anything or shares their opinion on a forum, if you don't then that just creates a yes-man circlejerk. that's exactly what r/hiphopheads is like.

also i was responding to loewi who had literally just brought up what he spent his money on and how he was able to afford this.

tippi, wasn't tryna be a dick bro...seriously. i'm just saying we already know most of you cats here hate on Mach, that's a given...but to shame others for supporting, or calling them whores or whatever because we choose to spend our hard-earned money on music and art, or indirectly tell us that that money coulda been spent on other things...just don't make sense.

let people enjoy his music and support him, and most of the people who take that anti-Mach stance and constantly spew negative comments and scream for boycotts...are the ones trying most hard to scour the internet to thirsty for the music. hypocritical if you ask me

i didn't shame anyone in this thread, i was just saying that personally i couldn't justify it even though i want to hear the album. didn't say anything about anyone else in this thread. i like mach, and he seems a lot less obnoxious than fahim. i'd even buy this project if it was 50 dollars just to support. also, you can be a fan of the art someone creates and still dislike their business practices or disagree with their views. i don't think that makes someone a hypocrite since they're not mutually exclusive.

the people who listen to leaks listen to leaks because they don't want to buy the album though. yeah there might be a select few who literally would not be able to, but i don't think it's fair to assume that's the case for everyone. i said this before but i listen to leaks before i even buy an album even if i was planning on getting it anyway, i decide if an album is worth my money by hearing it.

Seriously, every post about Fahim or Mach is the same.
Someone loves the production, someone hates the rapping, someone complains about the price being a mil$ per album, a fight ensues about capitalism, HBO comes up as teh best album of 2016 or 2017 depending on who you ask, the thread degenerates into an argument about something slightly related the actual album. Meanwhile Fahim/Mach makes $40,000 a week.

Il bootleg this some time in week cause Mach and Fahim are Bill Gates Rich.
I don't have a car
You more than likely could if you did not get blindly robbed.
The amount of special editons of classic albums I could buy and physically touch for £187
It could feature all the emcees I like but i still would not pay it No Mp3 is worth it.
So Has anyone seen Fahim Live?

^surprised y'all haven't thought about that before. funny thing is most of the people who desperately hate Mach, are the ones trying hardest to get a download of his music. If you hate an artists so much, not that good, overprices music, cocky, and all the rest of the stuff you people call Fahim & Mach on here (never to their face) etc etc...why do you want the music so bad??

like i said earlier in the thread rolo, you can hate literally EVERYTHING about an artist as a person but still enjoy their music. if it sounds good, it sounds good. those two ideas are not mutually exclusive in any way. you could absolutely HATE kanye as a person, but still enjoy his music. i don't have to agree with every decision an artist has made or every opinion an artist has to enjoy the art they create.

tippi, i don't agree. that's not true....these people say some pretty bad shit, if you hate someone so much, hate everything they do or how they act, yet you just forget about that and pretend they someone else when you pirate their music? nah man...don't make sense. if i despise and artists, i don't listen nor care abut their music.

you might not agree, but that doesn't mean it's not true. you are in the minority here. if people can respect a person but not enjoy the art they make, then why cant the opposite be true? i like tyler the creator as a person, but hated his music before his last album. there are many kanye fans out there who don't like him as a person, but enjoy his music. there's artists out there who do horrible things like literally beat or rape women, and that doesn't change the quality of the music. john lennon is a perfect example of this. also, what do beats have to do with a persons personality anyway? that's the reason a lot of people even listen to fahim in the first place.
