I really like the new Phoniks album with Anti-Lilly and will acknowledge that I have been sleeping on Phoniks' production until now. What other smaller name producers make jazzy hip-hop? I'm looking for guys like Amiri, Jazz Spastiks, Dela, Jazz Liberatorz, L'Orange, and Phoniks that I might not have heard of... I know most of the 90's and early 2000 guys - I just don't know the post-2010 era that well. Thanks in advance!

That Anti-Lilly album is my probably my favorite album of the year. I#ll have to think about some solid recommendations about recent years and cum back in this thread.

MelloSoulBlack is good, I know their new one with Jaxx Spastiks is mentioned above in another post, but the 2017 SexamaliciousRambunctification EP is just as good.

Moka Only is still going, but I haven't checked in on him in years, he's got waaay too much stuff now. Myka 9 to some extent too. That Anti-Lilly is dope though, he's got an older one too I just peeped the other day.

And by Damu, he means the Fudgemunk, not the Ridaz, heh.

Thanks for the responses... I have most everything that Damu and Jazz Spastiks have released. I really like Ray West too, but he has a ton of output of varying quality IMO. I am familiar with Budo through his work with Grieves. I need to check out Anatomy... I have been sleeping on the Melanin 9 album from a few years ago. Thanks again!

A lot of hip hop doesn't sound AS jazzy as the ones being mentioned here and it's not dumb to ask for similar recommendations, especially when other dumbasses are asking what they should do with their lives on a hip hop board.

Here's the MelloSoulBlack one I mentioned, not produced by Jazz Spastiks, probably not AS jazzy, but still...
