for sure.one of my favorite albums from this decade. i think pac blood and DNA are two of the best songs danny brown has ever done.

a lot of people on here don't see to like him that much though.

eseph - start with xxx and the hybrid for sure. his last album, atrocity exhibition, from 2016 was great too but it might be harder to get into since it's more experimental. paul white did most of the production on there.

there's some great shit on this album, like pac blood, but there are also songs where he does his more nasally voice, which i hate, like radio song. his voice is total cringe to me, when he does that style. unfortunately, a lot of his newer stuff leans more towards that style than the style i prefer, which he used on pac blood and re-up.

on xxx and the hybrid its a good mix of his high pitched, nasally delivery he uses a lot now and his deeper "normal" voice, i think both of those are two of his most well rounded and accessible projects.

yeah black and brown and hot soup are great. i also really liked detroit state of mind 4, some good stuff on there like contra, bag back, gametime, and black. out of all his real albums the only one i didn't care for that much (not counting hawaiian snow because i've never heard it) was old, but i'm sure it would still be fun to see those tracks performed live. he even said he constructed that album with festivals/live shows in mind, which i can appreciate but it was just really hit or miss for me.

i wasn't expecting to like atrocitiy exhibition after that, i just it would be just be more of the same, but ended up loving it. it's crazy to me that paul white produced the majority of that album and also produced open mike eagle's album last year, those albums are completely different from each other.

nah i've never really been a fan of tony yayo, that's why i never checked out Hawaiian snow.he's easily my least favorite member of g-unit lol. i always meant to check out that album just because it's a danny brown project, but i never got around to it and eventually just forgot it existed.

man, a lot of his fans now haven't even heard the hybrid. that album is so good though. i think nowhere 2 go was actually the first track i ever heard from danny. also how i got put on to denmark vessey as well since he did that beat. i need to go back and listen to that album again, it's been a minute. so many gems on there - shootin moves, new era, greatest rapper ever, generation rx, exotic, etc.

I can guess that album be shitty.
Two different styles Two different flows Dannys completely unorthodox compared to Tony Yayo who is your normal meh New York Rapper.

eseph, he worked with yayo, because yayo brought him up, and was even trying to get danny into g-unit at one point in time. imagine that, lol.

man i think i'm one of the few people on here that doesn't have a problem with his voice. westside gunn, fahim, and eminem's rapping/voices are all way more annoying to me honestly.

pac blood better be one of the other songs you like though clock

Hot Soup is good too.

I mean you should probably listen Hawaiian Snow before you judge it,you might be surprised.

Old and Atrocity are cool too.

If you like Danny you can check out Dopehead & chip$ and all that Bruiser Brigade/Reservoir Dogs material.I think I remember liking the mixtape with the shark attack on the cover.I can't remember if it was Dopehead or chip$.

i totally appreciate him more as a guest spot rapper. even those detroit state of mind tapes are a lil too much for me as far as his voice for 15 tracks in a row.
