You ever here Black Swan? Local legend lol dudes hilarious. On a serious note, haven't heard any cats rocking Boston that are any good other than Guru, Mr.Lif, and Esoteric. Jymmy Kafka is a recent head that could grab some actually respect, definitely has some great tracks but hasn't released too much. Out west the Dark World collection (DJ Lucas, Sly C, Weird Dane, Luegio, etc) are making some fun ass music. Wouldn't really call any of them great RAPPERS, but I still tune into their shit.

DJ Lucas and Jymmy Kafka dropped a track earlier this week that's on Jymmy's SoundCloud, I'd recommend checking it out

Magno Garcia and Sean Rosati are killin shit right now.

Lif and Akro's last album was trash.

Czarface (Esoteric) is from suburban central mass, not Boston.

Tragic Allies (Confidence, Codenine, Purpose, Estee Nack) are the best artists from Mass tho.

wow meta smfh

tragic allies are a dope boston group, but still got a long way to go before touching any of the vets that layed the blueprint for Boston Hip Hop like...

edo g
7l & eso
ak and lif
insight
edan
reks
skitzofreniks
raw produce
term
kreatorz
krumbsnatcha
big shug
guru (rip)

etc., etc.

act like you know...

eseph84, the Allies, as of today, have a better body of work than quite a few of those you mentioned, individually and as a group. they aint from Boston either, so act like YOU know. you tried to sound knowledgeable...but ended up failing

ps - don't forget Paranom, dude been a beast for a grip now

btw, if y'all from here and missed the CodeNine release party last thursday, shame on you...shit was dope af, Code, Nack, Spnda, Haze, al.divino, JuneLyfe, plus a producer showcase

actually their catalog still pales to most of them that I listed - sorry

sorry rolo

the only ones they may have surpassed are groups like skitz and raw produce who have not made music since members of the group have passed away. even still the albums those groups made, I would choose any day over some tragic allies. (my opinion)

And even if they're not from Boston, that is the scene they are affiliated with as I wasn't the first to mention them in this thread.

know your history bitch.

next you're gonna say they are better rappers/producers than edan and insight because they have more releases, but anyone with ears can tell you who's more skilled/ original if you listened to their music back to back.

have a good day 40 yr old virgin.

ps. you can't even spell knowledgeable without spell check

Hey guys, Tragic Allies aren't from Boston. They are from Lynn. It's 10 miles away from Boston. It's a completely different hip hop scene all together.

You brainwashed virgins are so broke. None of you can even afford an Uber from Boston to Lynn. And you would probably run back to your mommy if you stepped foot in Lynn, real talk.

And if you were at the release party last Thursday with the 30 other wiggers getting no pussy, you would know this.

Nassau that dude that types a lot about music...but you'll never catch him at a show. btw, it's about 27/28 miles and yes it's a different scene, once again you little net nerds speaking on things you know nothing about.

Eseph, you're a fat nerd...you have no clue of what you speak. please tell me you stopped "rapping"

lol nws

lynn hard af

show was prob mini lit

lol

don't get me wrong, i love the allies nowadays (code 9 these last few years in particular), but they will never rank above the vets from Beantown. it just cant happen

virtuoso would rap circles around these cats

ya see TA - they learned their whole style from ny street rappers whereas guys like lif, ak, eso, checkmark were although (ny) influenced, they could rap raw rhymes with or without all the street bravado and still come off original and clean as fuck.

yall need to go bump that falsehood - debut album by k-no supreme / paul foley / mister jason

or some porn theater ushers albums

or mister jason presents - frankensteez

i slept on nabo rawk for years, ptu is amazing, and nabo's mt olympus steez is a slept on banger

dese has been killing it (check his facebook freestyle vids)

skipp whitman although he moved out west is still making moves

and two more i'm really rooting for right now is oak lonetree and king author, they had a good year last year.

weapon esp bout to drop heat this year, watch

stick around, im'a school ya'll to the bean.

and yes rolo the virgin don, i am still rappin harder than ever my goy. got some more icyhot heat dropping by the end of the month for yo ass. stay tuned #winterwars
