posted Friday, July 07, 2017 12:22:11 AM Professional fights are not scored by who "lands" the most punches. It's judged on (in order) clean punching, effective aggressiveness, ring generalship, and defense. Thus, not all punches count the same.

posted Friday, July 07, 2017 5:57:58 AM and how much you pay off the judges like this case where bob arum owned gayfeather and last week when arum saw no use in pac. now matter how things change they still remain the same.
castillo everything in that fight form cleaner punches power punches aggressive so I dont to hear that bullshit. I found in this day and age no matter obvious someone was beat there will be a dumbass fanz who make no rules for judging. boxing has always been rigged and fixed and the fans decide who wins not some paid off judges.

posted Saturday, July 08, 2017 1:44:15 AM It was a close fight that could have gone either way. Mayweather was winning early (won first 4 rounds on all 3 judges cards) then Castillo came on in the middle rounds (5,6, and 7). In the 8th round Castillo was deducted a point in a close round that all three judges gave to Mayweather. The judges all gave round 10 to Mayweather when he was deducted a point. If you do the math, that's ballgame right there. The only reason people cry robbery is because the announcing team had Castillo winning. The majority of press row scored the fight for Mayweather (including AP). Furthermore, Mayweather gave an immediate rematch and won a close but clear decision. I personally thought the judges got it right. They were able to perceive the subtle nuances in Mayweather's style that often elude those with less boxing aptitude.

posted Saturday, July 08, 2017 3:33:58 AM part of a losing arguement is bringing up he gave a rematch because it has absolutely nothing to do with this fight. your biased as fuck. you gonna sit there and claim arum had nothing to do with the outcome of that fight?
the judges were paid by arum of course they are gonna have it all for floyd in the 1st 4 rds. castillo brouhgt the fight cleaner punches power punches, the only reason u would give to floyd cause of his name. higher percentage landing, landed more, won more rds .. u floyd dickriders will always make up some dumb ass shit as you go along.

posted Saturday, July 08, 2017 1:02:43 PM yea but in order to beat the champion, you have to do something more than just land punches.
if you let it come to decision you can almost guarantee a loss
