Seems the most superior way to gamble if you have knowledge about the market and companies. Thinking of starting off in penny stocks. Is this shit really worth it?

Yeah me too, I'm going for long term, those that invested in the start of Apple and sold their shares in the 90s took a huge loss. I want to invest in quantum computing and a black owned clothing company I wear

Use google for stock questions i think.

Idk. Im new to it too.

I read that for long term investment, just go with industry leaders w good reputations.

Im gonna try to stick to retail, big tech, banking, enerfy.

This is not advice play at your own risk. An investment of 50$ - 500$ a month for the next 20 years will compound to well over a million usd.

Blue chip stocks are smart investments. Companies that have a strong history of paying out dividends are also nice to have.

Anyone under 35 has time to diversify and take more risk. Understanding TVM (Time Value Moneny) Future values and Present values helps a lot. Do a lot of research. Have fun. Later.

Karim listen to my words

If you wanna be rich, it will not pan out unless you put in the time and effort and hard work

Money doesn't simply come out of nowhere unless you put it somewhere, in this case such as stocks your pretty much taking a risk and hoping it pans out, look at how much time you've spent here, you could of wrote a bestseller bynow, made a dope ass album, learn how to market yourself and channel in on your fanbase, try different maneuvers such as music, writing, movies, think of idea or concept for a manga or comic book, just don't wish for riches Cuz it most likely wont happen, just think if something like stock's was easy, than everyone would do it

Fact is nothing is easy mo key unless your one of the rappers who got it like thAT

Hard work doesn't mean you will be rich. It's the opposite. The poor work harder and the rich work less.

we use someone because picking stocks is a full-time job, imo. We are super heavy in AMZN so we use a wealth manager to balance the rest of our portfolio for us. I used to dabble in ETFs and other risky bullshit but it just gave e a stomach ache so now I just leave it to someone else.

lol karim you don't have any money to invest. you have to be past living check to check to even consider investing.

I have a few prospects but it seems like a hassle to acquire the stocks where I have to have em fax me the paper work forms that's why it would be easier to go thru a broker vs a virtual app. I was gonna sign up for robin hood tonite and see if I can find the stocks. But I'm gonna try to diversify my portfolio by the next few months. I'm hoping for a 300% increase in the stocks I want by next year. But it's a long term plan and I'm willing to sell 5% if the stocks jump 1000%. But like I said I need to research more. 10% of my pay check isn't nothing because I work 3 jobs. I'm want to have $2000 invested of my own money by next year

lol you hope to have 300% growth on your $5 investment

you do this same shit every time. you come up with retarded unattainable goals given your place in life. your goal should be to work 6 months straight and save 15% of your wages. IF you do that then come up with another goal.

Probably not the best time to start buying stocks. The market is way up and due for a drop. I would wait a while and see if it drops.

Ram, it depends on what you are investing in. Still, I would suggest waiting a few months and see what happens with the market as it has grown quite a bit over the past few years and we are due for a drop.
