Sole - Question about Song #11 on the album
It always takes me a while to really get the significance of a song.. the first couple listens you pick out a few tight lines, but don't really understand it. Anyway, I was starting to analyze that song w/ Dose and L'Roneous.. I noticed Dose and L'Roneous' verses seem to be poems, and then you come back and talk about the metaphors, symbolism, etc. Just looking for a little more info on that concept. (Some of Dose's verse is hard to understand, but I think I'm getting most of it -- slowly)
By the way, saw the show in Petaluma.. Thanks for coming out even though it was a shitty crowd. Thats where I picked up the album.
actually. the song was a "english project" me dose and lron had to tell a story, whether it was a metafour or allegory or whatever. but all had to share "molehill" and "mountain".
mine was about war. a pile of bodies.
hope that clarifies
Save The Children is hot if you understand the concept behind it
