Words Goes Political? Shoplifin.. Clockworx
Peep "Turn It Forward" J.Rawls Feat Wordsworth dropping real soon on vinyl.. Words goes political on this track, very dope.
Rip Shop & Lif!? SICK SICK SICK Collabo. Whoever produced it has there cut and chop DOWN.
The new Clokworx 12" is DOPE!!! This was my introduction to these cats, and it's forced me to peep older material!! Celph laced them!! They KILLED the lyrics!!
thanks nick,...first week of sept.
Yeah I did the old Who's That, but I like the new one alot too. I had nothing at all to do with Perservatives. I never heard the old one but Celph's version is dope.
The origional Perservatives was done by UGHH's own E4. If there is any bias towrads the old shit it's probably because of him cuz lord knows this site ain't no D-Tension love fest. But my old beat was better (haha Celph)
The MP3 version I heard of "Preservatives" awhile back was absolutely HIDEOUS. The drum sounds were total SHIT and it was just a shitty beat overall, just random note-less horn stabs and cardboard box drums. The only thing I liked about it was the sped-up singing sample at the beginning. The new version isn't the greatest either to me, but that being said, it BLOWS AWAY the piece of shit beat I heard before unless I heard another mix than what you guys are talking about. I'm tired of people whining about this, are you guys friends of whoever produced the original or something? Jesus...everytime there's a post about Clokworx, I read it because I'm a fan of their music and this dummy character and some other clowns always chime in 'the old beat was better'. Let it go, the 12" is out and it doesn't have that original beat for a good reason. But, y'all have your own opinions so whatever.
The original version of "Who's That" was dope though. I kind of like the new version better, it seems more up-tempo and bouncier but the other joint was hot too, it had a ill vibe. Did you do the old one, DTension?
The Robots beat IS the origional. Who's That and Perservatives are re mixes.
all the original beats for "preservatives" & "robots" are better.
Brew Brothers too.. heads will spin with the Mister Jason production.. especially check "Happy Hour" !!!!!!!!!
